About Katherine
With over twenty-five years experience in the field of accounting, Katherine Knight is well-experienced in financial systems for small, medium and large business.
Educated at the University of St. Andrews, Katherine began her business career in the public sector where she honed her skills in software development. She then moved to Mars Group Services, where she played a key role in enhancing an integrated accounting system for Mars confectionery in Slough. From there, she accepted a post as Financial Systems Manager for Avis Europe, in Bracknell. There, she studied and received part-qualified CIMA status in 1990.
Following a break to start a family, Katherine once again returned to the accounting field in 1996. It was at this time that she began providing bookkeeping services and education for local businesses, becoming a QuickBooks Professional Advisor. Katherine has grown the business over the past 20 years, and is a Intuit QuickBooks Platinum Certified Pro Advisor, and still loves using her skills and expertise to help businesses get the most from their accounting package.
