Anyone who knows me, will know I am not good with paperwork. Invoices have always been late, and my receipts if they were lucky were kept in a big bag (my book keeper was not happy!).

After a recommendation from a friend, I got set up on QuickBooks by Katherine and haven’t looked back. My cashflow has significantly improved, I know how much I owe suppliers, plus the reports easily calculate my VAT and tax.

In April this year, we moved the business onto Receipt Bank, and it has been invaluable, if I am unsure of whether a client has been charged for the materials, I simply log and check the online receipts for the shower pump, or valves – no more searching through bags of paperwork.
